Meru | Rebrand Identity
Pastuso, a Peruvian restaurant in the heart of Melbourne CBD, needed a new look and feel and to speak to a fresh audience. Meru comes from “Mero” (a fish used for ceviche) and “Peru” and highlights the variety of Peru’s landscape and its diverse culinary influences with the intent to embark on a journey in the past through food.
